What does Beetle Blockers do?
Beetle Blockers is in the business of protecting YOUR trees through the use of eco-friendly Beetle Block™ repellent pheromones.
Does it work?
Yes, it works! Verbenone is field proven and is based on research conducted by the US Forest Service, BC Ministry of Forests and other agencies over the last 20 years. The active ingredients in BeetleBlock™ are natural products that are safer* for humans, pets, beneficial insects, bees, water wells, and the environment (compared to Carbaryl and Permethrin which are used by your average tree spray services). Unlike traditional pesticides, BeetleBlock™ biopesticide products leave no persistent residues.

How does it work?
BeetleBlock™ is composed of the beetle’s own naturally occurring pheromones as a repellant signal to communicate to other beetles to stay away from a tree or area. This can significantly reduce the probability that bark beetles will attack and kill your trees.

Spray trees with insecticide sprays like Carbaryl and Permethrin.
